Job description
  • Relocation opportunity in New Zealand
  • Picture yourself as a trusted healthcare partner in one of New Zealand’s beautiful, warm-hearted communities
  • Excellent relocation support & service to help guide you through the immigration process
  • Broad scope; ample development opportunities; autonomy to innovate within your own practice
  • Embark on a professional journey that combines your expertise in a country that offers stunning natural landscapes; relaxed lifestyle, welcoming communities; work-life balance; culture diversity; affordable living; thrilling outdoor adventures.

Our client, Green Cross Health, believe that true success is not just about achieving personal goals—it’s about driving positive change within our New Zealand communities through their wonderful retail pharmacy teams. Here’s how you can thrive with us :

    • Autonomy : We empower you to take the wheel of your career. As a retail Pharmacist, you’ll have the autonomy to make critical decisions, shape patient care, and innovate within your practice. Whether it’s tailoring medication regimens or implementing new services, your expertise matters.
    • Local Impact : You’ll build meaningful relationships with patients, understand their unique needs, and provide personalized solutions. From advising on chronic conditions to promoting wellness, your impact ripples through neighborhoods and families.
    • Collaboration : While autonomy is essential, collaboration fuels growth. You’ll work alongside diverse professionals—nurses, doctors, and fellow pharmacists. Together, we create a holistic healthcare ecosystem that addresses every aspect of well-being.
    • Community Outreach : Beyond the pharmacy counter, we engage with local schools, community centers, and events. Whether it’s health talks, vaccination drives, or wellness workshops, you’ll be at the forefront of community health initiatives.
    • Continuous Learning : Our commitment to growth extends beyond prescriptions. You’ll have access to ongoing training, workshops, and development programs. Stay informed about the latest advancements and elevate your practice.
    • Purpose-Driven Work : Every prescription filled; every health check conducted—it’s more than a task; it’s a purpose. You’ll witness the impact of your work firsthand, knowing that you’re contributing to healthier lives.
    • You can expect :

    • The potential of straight to Residence Visa : If you hold relevant pharmacy qualifications from UK, Canada, USA, Ireland or Australia - Green Cross Health is a NZ Accredited Employer.
    • Excellent relocation support package : Our team will guide you through the relocation process, ensuring a smooth transition for you and family members.
    • Attractive earning potential : Enjoy a rewarding career with competitive pay and benefits.
    • Career advancement : Both Corporate career paths as well as Equity Partnership opportunities for those looking for further responsibility and financial rewards.
    • Learning & Development : A continuous platform for learning & upskilling your expertise.
    • Innovation : Genuine autonomy to innovate in your own practice and build your professional brand as a trusted health advisor in your local community.
    • Team Collaboration : Support, guidance and collaboration with fellow Pharmacists – here to welcome and support you when you arrive and genuinely help you thrive.
    • We've worked with a number of incredible and talented Community Pharmacists over the last year, who have already relocated to NZ and are enjoying the Kiwi way of life.

If you're thinking about exploring a move to New Zealand, please reach out to Mel Pantelides at Humanlogix for an initial exploratory chat over Teams -

    • If you hold qualifications from Australia, Ireland, UK, Canada or the USA, you’re eligible to register in NZ under the REQR process. This streamlined pathway recognizes your qualification and facilitates your registration as a pharmacist.
    • For the non-REQE pathway, qualified pharmacists will need to complete and submit the initial consideration application form to the Pharmacy Council of NZ. To do this, you’ll need to be a registered pharmacist in your home country and hold a university degree in pharmacy (e.g., BPharm, MPharm).
    • Please review the requirements via If you have submitted your initial consideration application form and passed the OPRA exam and NZPL course (or if you have started this process) and are looking to apply for registration as an Intern Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician in NZ, please get in touch.
    • Join us in shaping New Zealand’s health landscape. Your expertise matters here!
