Your work environment at EXP

EXP is currently searching for a Project Manager to work in stunning Eastern Ontario with an opportunity to work from our Ottawa ON office depending on your preference. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, detail-oriented, self-starter with 5 years of experience in environmental site assessment and consulting services. Participating in a team of environmental professionals and reporting to various Project Managers, this person will be responsible for a broad range of tasks.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

• Overseeing the planning and execution of Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), excess soil, remediation projects, and related environmental studies.
• Proposal preparation, budget tracking, cost control and invoicing.
• Liaising with contractors and clients.
• Approximately 30% field work i.e. Phase 1 Site Assessments.
• Evaluating data and proposing solutions.
• Preparing technical reports and reviewing technical work of other staff.
• Training and mentoring junior staff.
• Gaining and sharing knowledge through participation in technical societies and / or attendance at internal and external programs; to a degree consistent with individual and business sector goals.
• Nurturing strong client relationships and having an opportunity to participate in business development activities.
• Advancing the growth of your professional career.
