THE ROLE

Wip is seeking a Senior Scientist, Analytical Chemistry to join our cutting-edge R&D team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and qualification of analytical chemistry methods within R&D laboratory.
• Support testing of new prototypes and commercial products.
• Recruit and manage team of analytical chemistry research associates.
• Write necessary Standard Operating Procedures and reports.
• Assist with budgeting and resource allocation for R&D team.
