Your Role as Environmental Engineer :
As an Environmental Engineer, you will lead and execute environmental projects, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations while supporting clients in achieving their sustainability goals. This role requires a strong technical background in environmental assessments, regulatory processes, and fieldwork related to air, water, and soil quality.
Your Key Accountabilities :
- Lead and support environmental studies, including baseline assessments, environmental impact assessments (EIA), and permitting applications.
- Develop and implement environmental management strategies, plans, and best practices for sustainable operations.
- Conduct field investigations, including air, water, and soil sampling, and oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with provincial and federal environmental regulations, preparing technical reports and applications for regulatory approvals.
- Oversee environmental monitoring programs and mitigation plans for industrial and infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to develop environmental solutions that align with project goals.
- Provide technical guidance on waste management, mine water management, and reclamation initiatives.
- Support business development activities by identifying opportunities and assisting with proposal preparation.
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment during field activities and office-based project execution.
