Were looking for a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Coordinator who is passionate, detail-oriented, and proactive to help ensure the well-being of our teams across job sites.Working closely with the HSE Supervisor, youll play a key role in promoting a strong safety culture across our sites. You'll implement safety protocols, conduct training, and serve as the main point of contact for all health and safety matters.

Vacancy Status : Current Opportunity

What you will do as a Health, Safety & Environment Coordinator :

• Joint Health & Safety Committee : Set up and lead meetings, coordinate inspections, investigate work refusals, and collaborate with the Ministry of Labour when needed.
• Site Inspections : Conduct regular workplace inspections, ensure corrective actions are followed through, monitor air quality, and help secure the site daily.
• Incident & Emergency Response : Develop and implement emergency and evacuation plans, provide first aid, investigate incidents, and recommend preventive measures.
• Training & Awareness : Deliver site-specific orientations, toolbox talks, and safety briefings to ensure all trades and workers understand safe work practices.
• Administrative Support : Manage permits, inspection reports, qualification tracking, safety boards, and documentation related to compliance and enforcement.
