LOOKING FOR A PROJECT MANAGER - EXECUTION AND COORDINATION

Are you a highly organized project management professional who enjoys bringing structure to ambitious business ideas?

Do you thrive in dynamic environments where your organizational skills transform bold objectives into tangible results?

If the idea of building, improving, and making a real impact within a mission-driven company inspires you, this position is for you!

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client, NEURODIDACTE, is an innovative educational technology company whose mission is to transform the way people learn by making success more accessible, structured, and effective. By combining principles of neurodidactics, pedagogy, and digital technologies, the organization develops learning environments that optimize comprehension, autonomy, and learner progression.

After demonstrating the effectiveness of its approach in French certification contexts, the company is entering an expansion phase into general adult education and other disciplines, with the ambition of scaling its method more broadly.

In this context of structured growth, the organization is strengthening its operations to simultaneously support innovation, process optimization, and market expansion.

NEURODIDACTE is seeking a Project Manager responsible for the coordination, compliance, and delivery of key initiatives, playing a direct role in structuring processes and achieving organizational objectives.

WHY SHOULD YOU BE INTERESTED IN THIS OPPORTUNITY ?

  1. Contribute to a meaningful mission with a direct impact on the success of thousands of learners;
  2. Play a key role in a growing organization where your ideas and recommendations genuinely influence decisions;
  3. Build and structure processes within an agile environment that values initiative and accountability;
  4. Work closely with an engaged and accessible team in a culture focused on simplicity and continuous improvement;
  5. Benefit from a high level of autonomy and flexibility within a climate of trust;
  6. Grow within an expanding organization offering real professional development opportunities;
  7. Enjoy a people-centered work environment that values balance, respect, and well-being.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Manager ensures the translation of Neurodidacte’s strategic priorities into structured, measurable actions delivered on time. The role focuses on planning, monitoring, and accountability across simultaneous projects while ensuring compliance with applicable financial and regulatory frameworks.

Serving as a central point of coordination between leadership, teams, and partners, the Project Manager ensures effective initiative management in support of a clear mission: structuring learning to accelerate the development of human competencies and make success accessible to every learner, at their own pace.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

Project Coordination

  • Supervise the progress of ongoing projects (product, organizational development, funding);
  • Define the operational structure of projects: phases, deliverables, interdependencies, and timelines;
  • Maintain up-to-date project plans and ensure alignment between priorities, deadlines, and resources;
  • Conduct required follow-ups with stakeholders and anticipate risks that may impact delivery;
  • Produce progress reports and budget tracking per initiative;
  • Implement and update monitoring tools to visualize project status, deadlines, and resource utilization;
  • Organize and structure information within collaborative platforms to ensure continuity and traceability of files (Microsoft 365, ClickUp).

Administrative Coordination

  • Develop and structure documentation required by institutional partners and funding bodies;
  • Prepare required administrative documentation (reports, applications, forms) in accordance with applicable program standards;
  • Ensure compliance with formal requirements, documentation standards, and regulatory deadlines;
  • Maintain rigorous oversight of administrative and financial commitments associated with projects.

THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION ARE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (management, education, social sciences, communications, etc.) or significant equivalent experience*;
  • Relevant experience in structured project delivery across multiple phases;
  • Strong interpersonal intelligence, with the ability to collaborate closely with leadership and external partners in an institutional context, combining operational rigor with professional warmth;
  • Good understanding of issues related to grants, ministerial bodies, and the education system; experience in the education sector is considered an asset;
  • Flexible, results-oriented approach with the ability to apply agile methods in response to evolving priorities and real-world needs;
  • Proficiency with digital planning and collaboration tools such as Gantt methodology, ClickUp, and Microsoft 365 (particularly Excel);
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a changing environment;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French; English is considered an asset;
  • Excellent planning and prioritization skills;
  • Strong sense of autonomy and accountability.

*More years of experience can compensate for academic training.

IDEAL CANDIDATE CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Organized, methodical, and execution-oriented;
  • Comfortable bringing clarity to ambiguous contexts;
  • Strong sense of ownership and follow-through;
  • Collaborative and solution-focused;
  • Attentive to both operational details and broader strategic objectives.

CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS

  • Part-time position (3 days per week), with potential evolution to full-time within the year.
  • 100% remote work.
  • Annual salary (full-time equivalent): between $65,000 and $85,000, depending on experience and profile.
