Terminal Support Coordinator
KAG Canada is looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Professional happiest working in a fast paced environment.
The Terminal Support Coordinator is responsible for executing various departmental functions that focus on the support and safety of our employees. This position reports to the Terminal Manager and supports our team in the construction and hauling industries.
About the position :
Safety and employee file administration, data entry.
Screening, interviewing, onboarding, new employees and completing files.
Booking travel for new employees, and employees returning home for days off.
Responsible for organizing the committee and onsite efforts for all employee events including, but not limited to company BBQs, children’s holiday party, Driver of the Year, Years of Service Awards, Retirements, etc.
What you bring :
3 years previous experience in a role with complimentary administrative and data entry duties.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
