Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator at our Mississauga, ON location. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing office equipment, maintaining communication internally, delivering exceptional customer service, and handling various office administration tasks.
- Data Entry in our ERP software (Epicor / Prophet21)
- Entering Purchase Orders and Sales Orders
- Assist in picking and packing orders and receiving parts in the warehouse
- Assist in comparing vendor quotes, procurement and purchasing
- Inventory management, also involves physical counting of inventory
- Process and monitor shipments on UPS, FedEx, DHL and other local couriers’ websites
- Assist at the front counter
- Ad hoc administrative duties
