  • Sincerely passionate about providing exceptional patient care and building lasting relationships
  • A fast learner, quick to grasp complex product details and new systems, and able to apply them with confidence
  • Able to commute and work onsite in our Surrey - Guildford clinic
  • Experienced in fast-paced customer service roles with high volumes
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new systems quickly
  • Not afraid to take charge of a conversation and engage with patients in a friendly, approachable way
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks with ease, whether it's handling several patient inquiries or coordinating with internal teams
  • Someone who handles challenges and feedback with grace-staying positive, composed, and focused on delivering great service even under pressure
  • Eligible to work in Canada (no work sponsorship required)
  • What We Offer :

At Snore MD, we believe in rewarding hard work and offering an inspiring, fulfilling career. Here's what you can expect as part of our team :

  • Competitive salary : $20.00 - $23.00 per hour + bonuses (up to $4.00 per hour monthly, totaling up to $24.00 - $27.00 per hour)

  • An industry-leading training program with to ensure your success
  • A positive, mission-driven environment where you're appreciated and empowered to make a difference
