We’re the largest financial institution based on Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands, and we’ve got an opportunity for you. We are looking for an  Insurance Representative, Level 2 , so if you’re passionate about insurance, and helping people protect themselves and their assets, we’d like to hear from you.

What’s the role?

As an  Insurance Representative, Level 2 , you provide support to clients in the promotion of all insurance products and services and in the processing of insurance related transactions for personal lines, automobile insurance, and some commercial insurance. The successful candidate will also respond to client reports concerning loss or damage to facilitate the processing of claims.

What are we looking for?

Ideally, you are a flexible, collaborative team player with :

  • Applicable licensing concurrent with position (consideration will be given to individuals with a Level 1 license and experience)
  • Advanced knowledge of personal lines insurance
  • Working knowledge of commercial insurance
  • The ability to take over a book of renewals
  • Advanced ICBC experience
  • Minimum of one (1) year customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A willingness to pursue continuous learning opportunities

    Career Band Range (Annual Salary) - $56,889.00 to $73,320.00

    The posted salary range is designed to reflect a broad career band, encompassing a variety of roles within our organization and serves as a general guideline. Your final compensation will be tailored to your unique skills, experience, and the responsibilities of the role.
