About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk / Administrative Assistant to join our team in Vaughan. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone organized, dependable, and eager to gain office experience in a supportive manufacturing environment.
You will play an important role in helping our office run smoothly through administrative support, filing, document organization, and basic data entry.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily filing, scanning, and document organization
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Assist with data entry and updating records
- Support general office operations (printing, photocopying, mailing)
- Maintain office supplies and ensure organization of shared spaces
- Assist management and team members with routine administrative tasks
- Handle confidential information with professionalism
- Perform other related duties as assigned
