Part-time Entry level Jobs in Port Coquitlam, BC

The Invoicer is responsible for invoicing the customer orders which have been filled that day, to accurately bill the customers. This will allow orders to be ready to send out promptly. Invoicers are also responsible for some order-entry and filing.

Shift requirements can vary depending on the day of the week or time of year and the resulting workload. There are fluctuations between the workloads in busy and slow periods. The individual needs to be aware of the workload and pace themself accordingly.

Main Responsibilities :

Invoice Entry requires :

• Accuracy in noting changes to pick lists and making adjustments to the invoice.
• Ability to sort out piece-count discrepancies to alleviate any future problems should items go missing during shipping.
• Speed with data entry, to invoice orders in the most productive and accurate manner possible
• Being familiar with shipping companies' areas of service and schedules, to facilitate safe, speedy and cost-efficient delivery of goods to customers.

This is a permanent part-time position based out of our head office in South Burnaby. The schedule is Sunday (11am-7pm), Monday (6pm-2am) and Thursday (6pm-2am). The starting wage is $22.65 / hour, plus a $1 / hour premium for hours worked after 9pm, and a $2 / hour premium for hours worked after midnight. We provide a paid 35-minute meal break.

6% vacation accrual, and 3 weeks of vacation time after the first year of employment.

One Roving Stat (personal day) per year.
