As a Lead Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads by making outgoing calls to prospective clients in the US and transferring calls to our Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate isn't afraid to make outgoing calls or speak to business owners over the phone. Responsibilities :

Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients in the US
Identify the decision-maker or business owner and briefly pitch them on our services to help save them money for their business
Generate leads by transferring calls to our Inside Sales team or by booking appointments
Make use of rebuttals and other sales material

Requirements :

Complete fluency in English is mandatory (fluent in Spanish is an asset)

Telemarketing or call center experience preferred, but not required

B2B sales experience, an asset

Ability to handle sales pressure and client objections

Tenacious and results-driven character

Motivation for money and advancement within the company

Basic computer skills required

Responsabilités :
