We are searching for an independent and detail-oriented person to join Cansel as a property Accountant, this person will report to the Controller, provide support to the property accounting team in the preparation of financial reporting and providing a good technical accounting expertise.
In this role, you will...
- You would be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential units.
- Responsible for recording, verifying and reconciling rent payments.
- Reviewing Leases and rent rolls.
- Setting up tenants, vendors in accounting system.
- Process payable
- Preparing reconciliations, updating financial schedules
- Assist with year-end financials and GST returns
- Filing Documents and other work as assigned
