We are a fast-growing organization, currently seeking an Associate Consultant to be a part of our high-achieving, diverse, innovating team. The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has gained practical experience through internships or co-op programs and / or 1 or 2 years of professional experience and is eager to launch their career in project management consulting. As an Entry-Level Associate Consultant, you will work closely with senior consultants and project teams to support project planning, execution, and delivery, while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a wide range of projects. The ideal candidate has a curious mind and enjoys taking on a challenging problem, breaking it down into sections, reviewing the information, and asking the right questions. The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication and people skills and the ability to produce creative solutions, be proactive, highly organized and efficient. This is a full-time, in-office, non-remote position based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Key Responsibilities : Business Impact Communication – Collaborate with the team to assess and articulate the business impacts of implementing client solutions. Create clear reports, timelines, and visual aids to effectively communicate progress and expectations to stakeholders, including management, clients, and investors. Training Support – Partner with the consulting team to fully understand the solutions being delivered to clients. Play a key role in supporting projects by conducting end-user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of the solutions. Facilitate workshops to guide stakeholders in transitioning to new systems and processes. Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with team members to identify both technical and business requirements. Anticipate how potential disruptions may impact project timelines and business outcomes. Maintain open communication with team leads to ensure client satisfaction and provide recommendations as needed. Duties include : Collaborate with clients and project teams to plan, develop, and manage project work, ensuring alignment with client requirements and objectives. Assist in preparing, reviewing, and editing communications between Dokainish & Company and clients to ensure clarity and professionalism. Provide timely responses to client inquiries, addressing concerns and offering recommendations to meet project goals and resolve issues. Deliver end-user training and support on project deliverables, facilitating the smooth adoption of solutions by clients. Conduct workshops and provide guidance to help clients transition to new systems or processes. Monitor and regularly report project progress and status to clients, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, providing daily client services throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring client satisfaction. Participate in scheduling and conducting client meetings to discuss project updates, requirements, and potential risks or challenges. Contribute to the development of business solutions and recommendations tailored to client needs, while supporting internal projects as needed. Maintain a high level of professionalism and competence in all client communications and interactions. Support internal projects as needed. This is a summary. Everyone at Dokainish & Company is asked to contribute in a variety of ways to ensure that company goals and priorities are achieved Requirements Bachelor's degree in information technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field such as Business, or Project Management, or equivalent professional experience. Relevant internship or co-op experience in project management, consulting, or a related industry. Advanced problem-solving skills and a strategy-oriented mindset Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to contribute to presentations and reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advance Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or others) is a plus. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to learn and grow in the field of consulting. Has the ability to identify problems and develop creative solutions Experience in a client-service environment; consulting experience is a plus Must be willing to travel Flexible to work outside regular business hours as required Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, or willing to relocate. This role is a full-time non-remote position based in our office in downtown Toronto Ontario. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
