Your Role : As a Sales Associate, you’ll : Lead fundraising campaigns in the dynamic Burnaby Brentwood area, connecting with the local community. Share the inspiring stories of the causes we support and motivate donors to take action. Build long-lasting relationships with donors and help them stay engaged with the causes they care about. Exceed your goals and enjoy celebrating your accomplishments with a fun, energetic team. Bring your creativity to the table, developing innovative sales strategies that make a tangible impact. What We’re Looking For : A passion for helping others and making a positive impact on the community. Strong communication skills—you know how to connect with people and inspire them to act. Full-time availability (Monday to Friday, 11 : 00 am – 8 : 00 pm). A Clean Criminal Record Check. Experience in sales or fundraising is a bonus, but a positive attitude and dedication are key! What You’ll Receive : Competitive pay : Daily per diem of $50, plus uncapped commissions and bonuses for every successful donor you sign up.
