Job descriptionCollaborate in defining recruitment needs and talent attraction strategies Talents. Manage the recruitment process and participate in selection interviews, advising managers on their hiring decisions. Implement onboarding programs that promote the retention and engagement of new recruits. Monitor probationary periods in collaboration with managers. Identify training needs and support managers in skills development planning. Coordinate the implementation of training programs and monitor results. Implement a dashboard to better track each employee's training programs. Participate in organizational development initiatives (engagement, succession planning, recognition). Support managers in performance management, including setting objectives, evaluation, and monitoring. Participate in developing improvement plans and applying disciplinary measures as needed. Promote a healthy and collaborative work environment, focusing on conflict prevention. Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and internal policies. Manage short- and long-term absence and disability files. Manage employee benefits, including group insurance and the Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP). Contribute to updating and evolving HR policies based on Organizational needs. Monitor best practices and trends in human resources management. Participate in the implementation of effective tools such as dashboards to measure and track the impact of implemented HR initiatives. Actively participate in strategic HR projects (pay equity, employee experience, HR digital transformation, etc.). Collaborate in the design and deployment of internal communication initiatives aimed at strengthening organizational culture. Contribute to promoting the employer brand internally and externally. AEC, DEC, or Bachelor's degree in human resources management, industrial relations, or a related field related. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in human resources. Mastery of labor laws, employment standards, and HR best practices. Excellent command of French (spoken and written); English is an asset. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a team and positively influence others. Rigorous, autonomous, and organized. Job Summary
As a Human Resources Advisor, you play a strategic role in supporting managers and employees. You actively participate in developing, implementing, and improving HR practices to foster a motivating work environment that adheres to best practices. Your role combines consulting, support, and contribution to various HR projects related to staffing, talent development, performance management, and employee engagement.
