Mississauga location company in the manufacturing is looking for a Human Resources Generalist for a fantastic permanent opportunity.  If you have 3+ years in a HR Generalist role and looking to work in a standalone position that reports directly to the founder of the organization, this could be your next role.

What’s The Responsibilities of the Role :

Support management and leadership with coaching, training and development and other projects

Full cycle recruitment – source, screen, interview and onboard

Implement and roll out employee engagement programs

Track and manage all employee files

Ensure all employee training and upgrade training is completed

Work with managers to develop internal staff

Benefits administration

Support he founder with any administrative or projects required

Qualification For the Role :

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a HR Generalist role

CHRP designation preferred, in progress at a minimum

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

HRIS experience

Hight attention to details

Must be comfortable to work in a standalone position
