Position : HR Recruiter

Location : Toronto, ON

Pay Rate : $25 - $27 per hour (depending on experience)

Industry : Manufacturing / HR / Food / Talent Acquisition

Employment Term : Fulltime / 6-Month Contract (possibility to extension for 1 year)

Roles & Responsibilities :

Assist in development of recruiting strategies.
Conduct screening interviews and schedule meetings.
Assist in posting of ads in different job boards.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience :

Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

1 – 2 years HR related experience.

General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.

Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of recruiting / human resources work.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin or Spanish preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
