Job descriptionPost-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 1 – 2 years HR related experience. General knowledge of various employment laws and practices. Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of recruiting / human resources work. Bilingual in English and Mandarin or Spanish preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Position : HR Recruiter
Location : Toronto, ON
Pay Rate : $25 - $27 per hour (depending on experience)
Industry : Manufacturing / HR / Food / Talent Acquisition
Employment Term : Fulltime / 6-Month Contract (possibility to extension for 1 year)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Assist in development of recruiting strategies.
- Conduct screening interviews and schedule meetings.
- Assist in posting of ads in different job boards.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
