Reporting to the Manager, Culture & Engagement, the HR Advisor specializing in Projects and Internal Communications will play a pivotal role in supporting all business units across the organization. You will collaborate with various teams to lead engagement initiatives, drive key projects impacting the employee experience, and streamline internal communications. Your responsibilities will include supporting employee engagement, developing communication strategies, and ensuring effective project implementation.
Primary Responsibilities :
Employee Experience
- Plan and evaluate the semi-annual Leadership Development Forums, including assessing gaps and researching learning opportunities
- Administer the annual Employee Opinion Survey and support the results cascade
- Collaborate in the definition of Employee Experience Objectives and the related action plan
- Provide support with developing employee / pulse surveys, including survey design, gathering insights, analyzing information, identifying gaps and providing recommendations for change based on feedback
- Lead and support various projects related to the employee experience across all business units.
