About the role

We are looking for a Business advisor to join our growing Operational Excellence and Projects team. Reporting directly to the Manager Operational Excellence and Projects, he / she will have a significant impact on process improvements for Direct Distribution. You will be expected to collaborate with various business units and will be responsible for discovering, defining, analyzing and implementing solutions for transforming processes. In addition, you will have the chance to present the result of your work to senior members of the management team.

Our operational excellence initiatives are divided into three major areas :

• The redesign and innovation of the operating model,
• Improvement and automation of business processes,
• The continued efficiency of our processes.
