Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and simultaneously manage and deliver multiple projects. A passion for creativity and innovation. Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate your ideas clearly and succinctly. A receptive and reasoned approach to client and internal feedback. Art Director (Mid-Senior)
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic art director looking to do the best work of their career to join our growing team and work on our Ford account as part of a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, exceptional skill in their field, and the ability to produce world-class work.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate strategic direction into compelling visual content and campaigns across various mediums, including broadcast, OLV, and digital, and working across owned properties.
- Collaborate with copywriters to develop and refine impactful and cohesive creative concepts.
- Adapt to creative direction and deliver high-quality work quickly to meet deadlines.
- Ensure all designs and layouts adhere to the client's brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
- Research to inform, inspire, and elevate creative ideas.
- Develop presentation decks and present concepts to clients.
- Support campaign asset creation, including the creation of director and photography briefs, curating assets, overseeing edits and post-production, and retouching.
- Coordinate with remote team to manage production and authoring of online assets.
- Nurture the creative growth of the team and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
