Quantum is working with a large investment firm in downtown Toronto to recruit a highly polished and professional Administrative Assistant to support a high-performing team within their financial services. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrative professional with strong organizational and communication skills who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities : - Provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of investment professionals.- Manage complex and ever-changing calendars and meeting coordination across multiple time zones.- Handle global travel planning and logistics, including itineraries, bookings, and visa coordination.- Process monthly expense reports and reconcile credit card transactions.- Assist with organizing internal and external events, including off-sites and team socials.- Support onboarding and offboarding processes in coordination with internal departments.- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other business documents.- Serve as a professional and approachable point of contact internally and externally.Qualifications : - 2-5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant within financial services or corporate environments.- Completion of a college diploma or university degree required.- Demonstrated experience managing high-volume travel arrangements.- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM and expense reporting tools an asset.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; highly articulate and professional.- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with discretion.Please forward a polished and Word formatted resume to Angelica Stewart at angelica.stewart@quantum.ca.REFER A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000!
