Job Summary : As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for meticulously planning and executing our clients’ signature events and campaigns. This role involves coordinating multiple events and understanding how each element contributes to the overall success.About Power Play : Power Play is a leading full-service event management and production agency known for delivering customized experiences. Our extensive portfolio includes corporate events, conferences, brand activations, galas, sporting events, and more. While we primarily focus on live events, we are adept at meeting the demand for online and hybrid experiences, showcasing our adaptability and commitment to client satisfaction.Responsibilities : Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining meticulous attention to detail.Develop and execute event logistical plans, including work-back schedules, run-of-show documents, production schedules, and budgets.Identify and implement program efficiencies, process improvements, and cost-saving strategies.Source venues / vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships within specified budgets.Effectively communicate progress on short and long-term initiatives to team members and stakeholders.Create event experience plans, encompassing venue layout, decor, food and beverage design, etc.Coordinate event registration processes and manage onsite activations.Facilitate meetings, client follow-ups, and debrief sessions as required.Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from developing creative briefs to delivering finished products in collaboration with designers.Develop digital media and communication strategies and tactics.Adapt to changing client, program, team, and organizational needs by generating innovative approaches and solutions.Maintain day-to-day coordination of various accounts, ensuring tasks are completed on time and client requests are handled promptly.Serve as a brand ambassador for Power Play, consistently striving to develop fresh campaigns.Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and best practices.Review post-event analyses and debriefs with clients.Qualifications : Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an agency setting, managing high-profile projects and clients.Highly motivated individual with a passion for engagement and a proven track record of achieving results.Post-secondary education in events, marketing, or related fields.Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to effectively communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels.Experience with presentation layouts and graphic design is an asset.Familiarity with social media and content creation is preferred.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.Proven experience in vendor negotiation and management.Enthusiastic and detail-oriented with a proactive approach.Application : Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter outlining their relevant experience and achievements.Power Play is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
