  • Hands-On, Diverse Responsibilities – From troubleshooting HVAC issues to performing inspections, no two days are the same.

What you’ll do :

  • Operate and maintain building systems – including HVAC, boilers, chillers, plumbing, and electrical systems – to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient performance.
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively, keeping facilities running smoothly and minimizing downtime.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs across multiple properties.
  • Ensure compliance and safety – follow regulations, building codes, and company policies to maintain a safe environment for all occupants.
  • Collaborate with teams – work closely with other operators, caretakers, and supervisors while supporting various site needs.
  • Travel between sites – a valid driver’s license is required as you’ll gain variety and experience across different locations.
  • Respond to tenant service requests and emergencies in a timely manner
  • What are we looking for?

  • A self-starter who takes initiative and problem-solves independently.
  • Curious, adaptable team players willing to participate in an on-call rotation.
  • 4th or 5th Class Power Engineering Certificate (required).
  • Minimum 2 years of building operator experience.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, BAS, and life safety systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Comfortable using new technology and innovative tools.
