This role is designated as a safety-sensitive position and completion of a pre-employment drug & alcohol and fitness for work testing is required.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide design, engineering, site inspections, and construction support for marine structural projects, including structures such as piers, wharfs, trestles, ramps, dolphins, floating structures comprising steel, concrete, and / or timber materials
• Lead projects as Engineer of Record and Project Manager
• Assist with proposal preparation and business development
• Supervise and mentor junior staff

What Can We Offer You?

The salary range for this position is $92,000 - $137,000 per annum. McElhanney offers fair compensation that is commensurate with the individual’s education, experience, skills, and professional qualifications. The posted base salary / wage range is representative of the required level of qualifications and experience for the position as noted in the job posting. The salary offered will be based on the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
