Responsibilities :
- Facilitate alignment between teams, functions, divisions, and stakeholders.
- Drive the alignment of cross-organizational initiatives through integration planning, dependency management, and impediment removal.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape strategy, define requirements, and serve as the primary communication point for complex programs.
- Plan and oversee delivery by engaging with engineering and product teams to develop clear delivery roadmaps.
- Partner with cross-functional development teams to deliver solutions from design through implementation.
- Automate delivery processes spanning design, development, and operations to enhance transparency and establish a single source of truth.
- Foster collaboration and synchronize efforts across teams.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks in partnership with leadership to address potential roadblocks.
- Champion continuous improvement using a data-driven, Kaizen-inspired approach.
