Job descriptionUniversity degree in engineering or a related discipline preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification an asset. Minimum 3-5 years’ project management experience Bilingual in French and English Experience in carbonated beverage industry experience is considered asset. 8+ years of operations experience or maintenance preferred. Technical expertise in facilities, processes and / or machinery utilized in the beverage industry. About This Opportunity
The Project Manager, Engineering manages Product Supply Systems Canada facilities and capital equipment (Machinery & Equipment) projects cover the entire country.
Responsibilities
- Manage multi-year projects in any of the 5 manufacturing facilities.
- Develop Projects in collaboration with the Plant and Engineering teams.
- Development and validation of scope, budget, timeline and deliverables are heavily emphasized in the planning stages. Scope, budget and timeline are critical deliverables of the project implementation phases.
- Provide expertise in equipment, machinery operation, water treatment operations, syrup production, etc. to ensure operating efficiencies at production sites.
- Create equipment specifications and communicate them to manufacturers.
- Manage the process for suppliers to be included on approved supplier list.
- Participate in bid reviews and vendor selection.
- Develop Multi-year capital plan for assigned manufacturing facilities in collaboration with the engineering and plant teams.
