Du bist verantwortlich für die Identifizierung von geeigneten Standorten für Photovoltaik-, Wind- und Hybridprojekte. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit unserem GIS-Team zusammen.
Du erkennst erste Planungsrisiken und -beschränkungen, z. B. anhand des Planungsrechts und möglichen Umweltauswirkungen.
Du bist die erste Kontaktperson für Landeigentümer sowie Vertreter öffentlicher Einrichtungen (z. B. Gemeinden) und führst Pachtvertragsverhandlungen durch.
Du kümmerst Dich um den Abschluss der Gestattungsverträge von Windpark- und Photovoltaikfreiflächen, von intern bereits ermittelten Potenzialen, bzw. von eigenen Projektansätzen.
Du unterstützt bei der Sicherung von notwendiger Infrastrukturgrundstücke im Verlauf der Projektentwicklung.

Requirements

Du hast eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen

Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Flächenakquise mit, idealerweise für Photovoltaik-, Wind- und Hybridprojekte. Wenn du Erfahrung im landwirtschaftlichen Bereich (z.B. Verkauf von Agrarprodukten, usw.) mitbringst, ist das auch interessant.

Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse über kommunale Entscheidungsprozesse.

Du verfügst über Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und bist ein Organisationstalent.

Du arbeitest kunden- sowie zielorientiert und besitzt ausgeprägte Kommunikations- sowie Durchsetzungsstärke.

Du fühlst dich nicht nur im Büro wohl, sondern bist besonders im Außendienst zu Hause und besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B

Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
