Position Overview
Experience
- Five (5) years’ experience in Human Resources / Labour Relations, preferably in a unionized and / or hospital setting, is required.
- Experience in administering collective agreements is required.
- Experience in recruitment activities is required.
- Experience in negotiating collective agreements is preferred.
- Experience in human resources training and education program development is an asset.
Education (Degree / Diploma / Certificate)
NOTE : An equivalent combination of education and experience, as deemed recognized by the hospital, may be considered in lieu of the above.
