Responsibilities :
Manage customer orders via phone, email, fax, EDI, or web platforms.
Communicate professionally and effectively via email, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Provide precise information on product availability, pricing, and specifications.
Address and resolve customer inquiries or complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
Assist the outside sales team and coordinate with other departments as required.
Process returns and warranty requests with accurate documentation.
Leverage advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data tracking, reporting, and management.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.
2–5 years of experience in an office environment or customer service desk.
Exceptional customer service skills with a track record of similar roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional email etiquette.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a focus on efficiency and precision.
Excellent multitasking, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning.
Team-oriented attitude with strong collaboration skills.
