Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. 2–5 years of experience in recruitment and / or HR generalist roles. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail. Sound judgment and ability to handle confidential information. Strong presentation and public speaking skills. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Recruit candidates through events, interviews, and selection processes.

- Track probationary evaluations with managers.

- Promote community involvement, university relations, and volunteer programs.
