How Youll Make an Impact :
- Manage dining room lounge and room service that provide food services in a 200 guest room hotel.
- Ensure the overall guests dining experience provides a high level of service FOH is in optimal condition and the environment and staff provide a friendly customerservice focused experience
- Work collaboratively and crossfunctionally with the Food & Beverage management team
- Provide information and support to hotel guests
- Provide service training to servers
- Daily cash management with server cash outs balanced. Squirrel POS experience an asset.
- Server scheduling to meet labor targets and customer demand
- Liquor management and inventory
- Provide service support and assistance on the floor
