EX1 : Experience

  • in a healthcare facility or in a regulated environment related to the reprocessing of medical devices.
  • Experience is defined as approximately 1 year of full-time work within the last two years.EX2 : Experience with reprocessing medical or dental instruments in accordance with (Canadian Standards Association) CSA Z314 standards – Canadian Medical Device Reprocessing standards.

EX3 : Experience using tracking and labelling systems to ensure traceability of sterilized instruments.

EX4 : Experience operating and performing maintenance on sterilization equipment such as autoclaves, automated washers and ultrasonic cleaners. Applied / assessed at a later date COMPETENCIES
