Job descriptionCreate the commercial strategy for assigned vertical / region, working cross‑functionally with Sales, Service, Product Management, Innovation, Demand Generation, Branding, and Operations to achieve growth. Drive cross‑functional alignment on growth strategies and ensure teams translate them into action through effective Action Plans, Funnel Management, Growth Rooms, and Daily Management. Work with Product Management to create new commercialization plans, including target personas, sales metrics, downstream marketing strategy, and sales enablement tools; review existing go‑to‑market strategies to accelerate growth. Gain an intimate understanding of customer problems through primary and secondary research and communicate insights to inform strategies and tactics. Lead research and assessment of market conditions, competitors, industry trends, and customer needs; translate findings into insights, strategy, and tactics. Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced Marketing degree preferred. 3+ years relevant experience in marketing, corporate strategy, and / or product management. Demonstrated ability to drive growth initiatives. Ability to plan and manage at strategic and operational levels. Travel 25‑50% of the time depending on business priorities. More than 3 years of tactical marketing or sales / business development experience. 2+ years industry‑specific experience in industrial water treatment solutions and technologies. Proven track record of collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones and regions.
