Description
In collaboration with the manager, the assistant manager has the responsibility to supervise and execute the supply and marketing of the store in order to optimize the quality of products and services requested by consumers. You motivate your team to provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the pharmacy manager with their daily activities
- Plan, assign and supervise work to be carried out by the employees for which you are responsible
- Ensure exemplary customer service
- See to the opening and closing and ensure the proper functioning as well as the cleanliness of the pharmacy
- Ensure the training of employees
- Ensure that operational standards for the branch are maintained
Requisite skills and knowledge:
- Secondary School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years experience in management
- Good knowledge of pharmacy operations
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly-developed sense of customer service
- Good knowledge of French and basic knowledge of English
- Computer skills
- Available days, evenings and weekends
