Elementary art teacher Jobs in Winnipeg, MB

As our Junior Mechanical Engineer, you'll build your engineering career by working hands-on with mechanical products from design and prototyping through testing and production.

You'll support mechanical design assignments, create and refine designs, build and evaluate prototypes, and participate in testing activities in our onsite engineering lab. Working alongside experienced engineers and cross-functional teams, you'll develop your technical skills while contributing to real products and engineering projects.

You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced team members, take on greater responsibility as your capabilities grow, and see your work move from an idea on screen to a product in production.

WHY THIS ROLE, WHY NOW

At Smartrend Manufacturing Group (SMG), we design, engineer, and manufacture technology that solves real-world transportation challenges, and we're growing fast.

Over the past five years, that growth has enabled significant investment in our people, our capabilities, and our automotive systems business. These investments include a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, which we will move into in May 2027, along with enhanced R&D equipment, tooling, technology, and infrastructure that strengthen our engineering capabilities and accelerate product innovation.

We're building more here – more capability, more technology, and more opportunity. And we're looking for people who want to work in a collaborative and fun environment to fuel our next wave of innovation.
