Job descriptionEnsure correct completion of all Xtreme Oilfield paperwork / electronic work, including Timesheets, Daily Work Reports, and Safety Meeting Forms. Facilitate training, coaching, mentoring, and oversight to trainees. Collaborate with the Operations and Health Safety Environment team to ensure safety and efficiency. Enforce project scopes-of-work, maintain compliance with contracts, schedules, and policies. Work safely in various conditions, including extreme weather and environments with potential hazards. Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting vacuum hoses (20-30 pounds), using tools, and performing tasks that may involve squatting, crawling, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Valid Class 1 or 3 Driver’s license with air brakes endorsement and a clean abstract. Experience with manual transmission and operation of Combo Units or Semi Vacs. Valid industry training certificates (e.g., WHIMIS, H2S Alive, First Aid). Minimum 1 year experience in the oil and gas well servicing industry. Must pass a pre-employment background and alcohol and drug screening.
