    Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche des assembleurs électriques pour rejoindre notre équipe basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada).

    • Vos défis :
    • Lire, interpréter et analyser les plans et schémas de typesélectriques et mécaniques qui proviennent des cahiers de montage;
    • Fabriquer des harnais électriques selon les exigences des dessins, schémas et procédures de travail;
    • Acheminer, sertir, installer et fixer des fils, câbles, harnais et équipements (routage);
    • Tester la continuité et la conductivité de l’assemblage final;
    • Assurer le contrôle de la qualité des sous-ensembles et des harnais électriques fabriqués;
    • S’assurer du respect des normes et de la cadence de production;
    • Toutes autres fonctions connexes selon l’expérience et les qualifications.
    • Votre carte d’embarquement :
    • Un D.E.P. en montage de câbles et de circuits en aérospatiale *OU;*
    • Une évidence de réussite d'un fast track électrique *OU;*
    • Un D.E.C. ou A.E.C. en techniques d’avionique * OU;*
    • Un diplôme d’étude secondaire (D.E.S) ET posséder un minimum de 3 années d'expériences comme assembleur électrique d'avion dans les 5 dernières années;
    • Vous faites preuve d’autonomie, d’initiative et travaillez bien dans une équipe multidisciplinaire;
    • Vous serez appelé à travailler dans un espace clos sur une base régulière;
    • Vous serez appelé à travailler en hauteur jusqu'à 30 pieds sur une base régulière;
    • Capacité à adopter et maintenir différentes positions physiques selon les besoins du travail.

    • Read, interpret and analyze the electrical and mechanical plans and diagrams of the assembly books;
    • Manufacture electrical harnesses according to the requirements of the drawings, diagrams and work procedures;
    • Routing, crimping, installing and securing wires, cables harnesses and equipment (routing);
    • Test the continuity and conductivity of the final assembly;
    • Ensure quality control of manufactured sub-assemblies and electrical harnesses;
    • Ensure compliance with standards and production rate;
    • Other related functions that may vary depending on experience and qualifications.
    • Your boarding pass :
    • A T.S.D.* Aerospace Cables and Circuits Assembly *OR;*
    • An Evidence of successful completion of an electrical fast track *OR;*
    • A D.C.S*. or A.C.S*.Technical Avionics * OR;*
    • A high school diploma AND a minimum of 3 years experience as an aircraft electrical assembler within the last 5 years;
    • You demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and work well in a multidisciplinary team;
    • You will be required to work in an enclosed space;
    • You will be required to work at heights of up to 30 feet on a regular basis;
    • Ability to adopt and maintain various physical positions as required by the job.
