Typical repairs include, but are not limited to : engines, chassis and body components, accessories, hydraulic cylinders, brake systems, suspension systems, cooling systems, seals, wheels, and tires Perform regular preventative maintenance and annual inspections as necessary Minor to major engine repair, inclusive of electrical work Minor welding, fabrication, paint, and decal work Coach and support the development of apprentices Record entries of activities including work orders, inspection forms, and material usage Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician License (Ontario) Your own tools in good working order Able to move trucks in the yard Valid G Class driver\'s license Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Computer skills to close out work orders Strong electrical or suspension experience Familiarity with Freightliner Diagnostic Link
Overview
Riverdale is looking for licensed 310T Technicians to join the day or afternoon shift in our Elmira shop. If you’re a skilled tech who takes pride in quality work and wants steady hours, solid pay, and a great team , you’ll want to keep reading.
Pay & Perks
Pay :
- $39.35 hourly (day shift) / $43.29 hourly (afternoon shift)
- Quarterly performance bonus up to 2.5%
- Paid weekly
- Additional overtime pay
Perks :
Schedule
Day shift : 6 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm (4 days a week). Afternoon shift : 3 : 00 pm - 1 : 30 am (Monday to Thursday).
Note : This is not a rotating shift. We’re hiring for both Day and Afternoon positions.
