Il doit comprendre et communiquer les problèmes et les données relatives qui ont un impact sur la qualité de la sécurité, ainsi que les outils d'amélioration nécessaires pour soutenir un changement de culture en faveur d'une sécurité comportementale.Summary of Position : Work under the general guidance of the Corporate Safety Practitioner, reports directly to the operational Manager. The Safety Champion acts as mentor, educator, liaison and partner in pursuing excellence and value in the plants and / or office using the concepts of Continuous Improvement problem solving. The Safety Champion must understand and communicate the issues and relative data that impact the quality of Safety, as well as the improvement toolsnecessary to support a culture change for behavioral based safety. Plays a key role in theimplementation of the environmental management system.
