Job descriptionDevelop and promote the implementation of standardized best practices for operations, including the management of performance indicators. Support the continuous improvement program as well as quality control activities. Ensure the management of non-conformities and the implementation of corrective actions. Recommend the selection or modification of manufacturing equipment and optimize its performance. Support the start-up of new equipment and investment projects. Supervise major tests and contribute to the resolution of technical problems within the unit. Support production in the development of new products. A relevant degree in mechanical engineering and / or industrial. Experience in the food industry. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role or other related experiences. Experience in the private manufacturing sector. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work and communicate well with others. A strong sense of organization and excellent priority management skills.
