Responsibilities :

Cleaning duties include but are not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, scrubbing, and detailed cleaning of the following areas :

• Elevators
• Laundry rooms
• Fitness rooms
• Tenant units upon vacancy (including bathrooms, kitchens, ovens, and fridges)
• Other duties as required

There may be opportunities to be cross-trained in various other skill-sets. This is a physically demanding role where safety rules must be followed. Experience is an asset and training will be provided.

A satisfactory reference check, criminal records clearance, and proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 are required for the position, though the Company will provide any accommodation required by law.
