Purpose of the position

We are currently looking for a full-time doorman for our Haleco building in Montreal. Are you said to be a versatile person, focused on customer service and with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need! A member of the administrative and maintenance team, the doorman has the main function of ensuring the security of the building. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

• Monitor the building at all times (tours of the building, check cameras, alarm panel, etc.)
• Respond to customer service requests
• Respond and assist with all administrative requests that his immediate superior may entrust to him
• Inform the immediate superior of the needs of the building (maintenance, service, etc.)
• Carry out minor maintenance interventions (open doors, change mailbox locks, change lights, etc.)
• Actively participate in various company committees - Know and apply company policies and procedures
• Collaborate or carry out any other tasks related to the maintenance department, as needed and at the request of the immediate superior
• Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of indoor and outdoor areas (keep the lobby, mail room and elevators clean)
• Knowledge of fire safety rules
• Removing snow and ice from sidewalks
• Clear or salt exterior entrances
• All other related tasks
