  • Collaborate with the Practice Manager to drive the clinic’s overall performance as it relates to medical quality, member experience, and employee engagement while building and contributing to an environment of continuous learning and development for the full team
  • Collaborate with the RVT team and Clinic Operations team to ensure medical excellence at all levels, consistently serving as a key resource and ‘advisor’

  • Be a leader in implementation of the Juno Brand Tenets to ensure the team has maximum job love and supports one another to be better
  • Lead by example and participate in initiatives that support the health and wellness of the clinic team by making choices that support the overall job love of the team helping to make the veterinary profession at Juno sustainable and inspirational
  • Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with internal partners in an effort to support our clinic teams and execute on operational goals
  • Aid in conflict resolution across the clinic leaders and work with People Operations as needed to build future clinic leadership within the doctor team
  • A desire to mentor new hires and new grads

You have :

  • 4+ years experience in general medicine and surgery
  • Previous leadership experience
  • A passion for Juno’s mission to provide an exceptional experience for both pets and our care team
  • The ability to prioritize, stay organized and be a source of leadership and mentorship to the doctors in clinic
  • A collaborative mindset and an openness to learn and grow
  • The desire to elevate others and develop the team of in-clinic doctors
  • Our promise to you :

  • Full and comprehensive benefits package including access to mental health support, continuing education, and mentorship opportunities
