Your responsibilities will be the following :
- Collaborate with the general manager sales team and store managers to plan and execute sales initiatives.
- Lead and support your sales team to meet sales targets and promote NAPA marketing programs.
- Recruit train and motivate staff while building strong relationships across the district.
- Participate in district and regional meetings and stay informed on local market trends.
- Implement corporate sales strategies and regularly monitor sales performance through weekly and monthly reports.
