Role Description We are seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead and coordinate our field service operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for planning and scheduling field work, ensuring jobs are properly prepared, supporting technicians, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams. The Field Operations Manager will play a key role in improving efficiency, bringing structure to daily operations, and ensuring work is completed accurately and on time. This position also includes ensuring all completed work is properly documented, with accurate time and materials, and validated to support timely and accurate billing. This is an on-site role based in Hearst, Ontario.
