Job descriptionOversee day-to-day warehouse functions, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and outbound shipments. Lead initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, including layout optimization, and process improvements. Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy and availability of stock. Support onboarding and training efforts to ensure staff follows operational guidelines and safety protocols. Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and assist with task delegation for seamless execution of warehouse activities. Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, operational policies, and industry best practices. Conduct routine safety inspections and maintain a well-organized, clean working environment. Collaborate with management to implement new strategies that enhance productivity and operational effectiveness. Education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field Minimum five years of warehouse experience, with at least two years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence. Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices. Different combinations of relevant experience and education may be considered.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Distribution Center to support warehouse operations and ensure the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of goods. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of warehouse experience and a minimum of two years in a leadership role.
