This location is fast-paced and relies on a team-oriented atmosphere to maintain and build our customer base, while ensuring customer satisfaction. Our regional dispatcher is a vital role that streamlines our Central & Near North region's trucking requirements and transfers, while operating as the communication link between our staff, drivers, and customers.Key QualificationsThe ability to provide excellent customer and internal relations while keeping a positive attitude;Previous experience in a related field, with knowledge of construction equipment and building products;Experience in Microsoft applications, specifically : Outlook, Word, and Excel;Attention to detail and highly effective paperwork organization;A self-starter, with a keen sense of time-management, planning skills, and efficient multi-tasking;Good communication and people skills;The desire to work effectively within a team environment;Able and willing to work after hours and flexible shifts, and to adapt to on-call work schedules.Additional QualificationsProficiency / prior experience with Systematics would be considered an asset;Technical aptitude of CAT equipment and operations would be considered an asset;Prior driving and hauling of heavy equipment would be considered an asset. Job Type : Full-timeSalary : $20.00-$26.00 per hourBenefits : Company pensionDental careDisability insuranceEmployee stock purchase planExtended health careLife insuranceOn-site parkingStock optionsVision careSchedule : Day shiftMonday to Friday Work Location : In personBattlefield Equipment is committed to creating an inclusive environment where people from all backgrounds can thrive.
